Invention Journals are "Open Aaccess"
Five journals, all ending with the word "Invention" in their name, are listed on the website inventionjournals.org (10/10/2018). They are "Open Aaccess To All Researchers" with "Online As Well As Print Version Both" and "Doulble Blind Peer Review." (Evidently, line editing remains a challenge to the editors.) These journals have posted a copyright assignment form that is incoherent. It states that the author "understand[s] that the Editor-in-Chief IJESI may transfer the Copyright to a publisher at his discretion" yet asserts that "[t]he author(s) reserve(s) all proprietary rights ... ." The spam and the web sites provide no address or telephone numbers, but India is the probable location. The registrant information on the domain ijesi.org is limited to the location of Uttar Pradesh.
