Scholarena feels pleasure to publish names of toes
Scholarena promises to “enlighten your knowledge” with such journals as JMSA ( Journal of Mathematical and Statistical Analysis ), which “publishes significant and important research from all area [sic] of mathematical and statistical science fields such as pure and applied mathematics ... .” It might not seem surprising that a mathematics journal would publish papers on pure mathematics, but the logos on the journal’s website show a nice microscope, test tubes and skeletal structural formulas for a few organic molecules. Maybe that is the publisher’s idea of mathematics, for the website states that this mathematics journal “aims . . for sharing new empirical findings and novel ideas in the emerging field of clinical, health and medical professions education.” The articles in press, the current issue, and the archive can be described by the null set {}. For all the graphics, the journal is empty. It has an editorial board of one person. Or does it? The editor is said to be “Mais Nijim,...
