Copernicus Publishers
Not to be confused with Copernicus Publications in Germany, Copernicus Publishing is just entering a crowded field of pretenders. Copernicus Publishing's website (copernicuspublishing.com) identifies two academic journals -- Archives of Psychology and Clinical Medicine Review (CMR).
The link to the latter does not work, but the website (such as it is) can be found at www.clinicalmedicinereview.org). The solicitation spam fails to mention that there is no such journal -- at least, not yet. Clicking on "current" and "archives" triggers the response "This journal has not published any issues." Clicking on "Authors Guidelines" yields "File not found." The website lists neither an editor nor an editorial board. The publisher's motto ought to be, "After they come, we'll build it."
The domain names copernicuspublishing.org and copernicuspublishing.com were registered by GoDaddy's Domains By Proxy on Feb. 7, 2018, masking the identity of the principals. The address on the website belongs to Back Office Plus:

Dear Dr. Kaye DH, I recently read the paper you had written "The good - the bad - the ugly: the NAS report on strengthening forensic science in America." and thought that perhaps you could write a paper for the upcoming issue of CMR which I have been assigned to edit. Are you still at Pennsylvania State University ? If you could send me more information on your current work that would be nice. The submission could be either a followup research article or a review. I would be happy to read any of your current work to see if it is within the scope of the journal. Are you potentially interested in contributing such a paper?
Sincerely,
A. Umana, MD, Clinical Medicine Review
